Hello again sorry its been a while. Not many appointments available this week so not been blogging!
Spent the weekend in London on really interesting course. AStretch Axial Spondyloarthritis 2 day course .Over all really motivational, lots of learning, sharing knowledge and experience amongst other fellow physios.
Highlighting the importance of recognising inflammatory back pain. Delayed diagnosis in ankylosing spondylitis I can only imagine must be soooooo frustrating.
Not only this but have come home with some new ideas and had a great time in the hydrotherapy pool. I am involved in my local NASS group where I love taking their session. Be prepared I have some ideas!!
