Christmas greetings!

Its beginning to look alot like Christmas!

Tree is up..... Freddie is eating chocolate at least once a day... plus we have our nativity this week!! What a difference a year makes.

I have not blogged for a year, however I have had plenty of clients keeping me busy! It has been a great year.

I want to thank my Mum for being the best baby sitter ever!! Harriet for being all smiles, and Freddie for being such a fab big brother. I have been on maternity leave from my NHS job. I look forward to returning in January.

I hope to keep blogging a little more about my passion; physio and keeping active.
