Motivation for March

Well I thought spring had sprung but today is wet wet wet wet. On a rainy day like today it is hard to get outside. However you won't melt!! But there are so many things you could be focusing on. Be it core strength, some 'pre hab' or helping that niggle that you don't want to raise its head again. For some people it may be a half marathon, getting back to a hobby, or it could just be moving out of the chair. Remember I specialise in elderly rehab too. Would you like to get active in your living room, help focus on preventing falls? Or many other ideas.

Setting goals is really important and perhaps that would give you the motivation for rainy days. Keep it up don't stop now....
