I hope you had lovely New Years Celebrations.
January can be quite pressured to suddenly start on those New Years resolutions. Be realistic, don't be too hard on yourself, but do remember you are number one. If you find you can't do something could physiotherapy help you?
Many of us may be returning to the office tomorrow and it might of been a while....
